She listed our home and was exceptional in saving us money during the renovation period (making sure our painting and flooring quotes were fair, etc.) ....while earning us capital gains during the sell. I could go on and on and sound like some cheerleader, but the simple fact is she is good at what does and goes the extra mile to get help a client out.
